Our apartment prices
Our prices are per apartment. Apartments 1, 2 and 3 - occupancy up to a maximum of 4 persons.
Apartment 4 - occupancy up to a maximum of 2 persons.
All prices are in euros, including VAT, tourist tax, bed linen, towels, bathrobes, initial guest supplies, and final cleaning. They include a parking space for one car per apartment.
Payment in cash, with debit and credit cards, is possible.
Check-in at 05.00 pm and check-out at 01.00 pm.
In order to confirm your reservation, we kindly request that you transfer 40% of the total cost of your stay as a non-refundable downpayment. This must be done no later than three months in advance of your booking or within seven days if your reservation falls within the next three months. Your reservation will only be considered confirmed once we have received your downpayment and have provided you with written confirmation. Please note that the conditions of the Austrian hotel regulations will apply to your booking.
We recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance in case of illness preventing travel.
Please use bank transfer to pay in advance. We accept cash, debit, and credit cards to settle your bill at the end of your stay.
Babies and children are warmly welcome. Please kindly note that additional charges are applicable for baby cots as per our price list.
Pets are also welcome. Please kindly note that additional charges are applicable for pets as per our price list.​
