In order to confirm your reservation, we kindly request that you transfer 40% of the total cost of your stay as a non-refundable downpayment. This must be done no later than three months in advance of your booking or within seven days if your reservation falls within the next three months. Your reservation will only be considered confirmed once we have received your downpayment and have provided you with written confirmation. Please note that the conditions of the Austrian hotel regulations will apply to your booking.
We recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance in case of illness preventing travel.
Please use bank transfer to pay in advance. We accept cash, debit, and credit cards to settle your bill at the end of your stay.
Babies and children are warmly welcome. Please kindly note that additional charges are applicable for baby cots as per our price list.
